In April 2015, with the absence of any work being done and no materials delivered, we sent Mr. Wilhelm a registered letter with return receipt signature requested where we communicated our desire to have our deposit refunded.  Inexplicably, the letter was returned to us unopened approximately 2 weeks later.  A series of messages were delivered via telephone, voice mail, and text reiterating our request.  Finally, on July 27th we received word that he was out of town for a few days but would return the following week at which time he wanted to meet with us. We had a conflict with the time, so we asked him to simply return our refund amount via postal service or leave the check at our residence at his convenience.  No response followed. 

Continuing to seek resolution, calls to his office followed and on August 7th Mr. Wilhelm responded saying that he would like to meet with us to obtain signatures on a document (presumably to relieve him of further responsibility vis a vis the project) at which time he would deliver our refund check.  We indicated that we were amenable to taking such action but no date was set from his office.

Our most recent attempt to achieve resolution occurred on August 31, 2015, reminding him that we would be happy to sign his agreement and to have our funds returned but true to form, no reply has been received.

.CALLED  I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I CALLED. THEY CAME OUT A FEW TIMES . THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD COME BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEM......NEVER HAVE !.I WOULD NEVER USE THEM ,TRUST  THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM. I'm TELLING YOU .....BEWARE OF THE WILHELM BROTHERS !

He was able to give us presentation of what he is going to be performing.  We wanted to hire him for this work because he gave us a 10-year warranty.  He gave us nice ideas.  I think his price was good.  His friendliness and professionalism was good.  He told us he will be here in a month that was on May 20, 2011, but he didn’t turn up.  He is somewhat responsive to our phone calls, but he said that he would be coming within 10 days.
