+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the work that was done. The sales person and the installers were on time and professional. When the old door was removed, some rotted trim was exposed. My husband got them a couple pieces of cedar and they replaced the trim. All of their employees made sure that everything was done well.
Description of Work: We had our garage door replaced. In addition they provided a new garage door opener and replaced the wood around the garage door which was rotted due to water damage. They also put our old door opener on one of our other garage doors.

+ -1 moreSpring broke on garage door. Called Sunday afternoon and left message. Russ called a couple hours later and scheduled appt for the next morning. Got here a couple hours later than originally scheduled, but I was notified that he was being held up by another job. Not a problem. He was very nice, professional and thorough. He replaced the single coil with 2 coils, lubricated the parts, and made an adjustment to the opener which had been causing intermittent closing problems. He cleaned up after himself, and told me to contact him if I had any further problems. Currently, the garage door is operating perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again if necessary.
