I highly recommend Qualified Builders.  Very professional and courteous staff. These roofers know their trade.  Excellent clean up!  This company also did some extras at no charge. I'm OCD and they completely exceeded my expectations!  My roof is beautiful!  Fantastic job!  They were also the best price out of 4 companies I researched.  They came back several times to wash any black marks off my house and even replaced a piece of siding that was accidentally damaged.  Well done Carl Douglas at Qualified Builders!

The work was professionally done. When problems developed, the response was efficient and timely. The work was well done, and the end result is beautiful. They were always punctual, and we were so impressed with their work, that we have hired them to do additional work. They were friendly, informative, and problem solvers. We will be using them in the future whenever the need arises. All work was completed in the time frame we were originally given, and the final cost was within a hundred dollars of the original price due to unforeseen issues.

My roof was leaking after I moved in after 4 months so I recieved 5 quotes from various roofers in the area. All the quotes were way more than what I anticipated except for one which was a company that had 3 guys working on their roofs. I knew I wanted it done right and fast. Qualified gave me numerous addresses of the work they did as well as phone numbers of people I could contact. I was very comfortable in talking to the owner of Qualified. They were very prompt. Had approximently 8 guys, if not more, working on my roof of over 3500 sq. feet. They were finished in a day and the job was completely cleaned up and left like new. It is now a year later. My roof is beautiful. No leaks and I couldn't be happier. They saved me almost $4000.00 from the other quotes and did a fantastic job.

I recently bought a house in December and had a leak in my bedroom ceiling during the winter. I had 5 estimates from various and well known roofing companies in the area. Qualified builders beat them all. I usually don't go with the cheapest bid but I have a friend who lives in a upper end subdivision in Grand Blanc and used them and was very satisfied with their professionalism and work. I unfortunately had to have a complete tear down of the whole roof.....holes, missing shingels. Every company that came out said the same thing with many different and rising prices. I have a large home with over 3200 sq. feet of roof. Qualified started on a Wednesday and ended on Thursday. Many men working on the job got it done quick with very little mess. I was very impressed.They cleaned up any debri that blew into the other neighbors yard quickly and left my home looking clean and debri free. The roof looks great. They even replaced a downspout on the upper level of the house without charging any extra. Carl the owner was always very polite and kept me informed of the progress. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a minute. My daughters are going to use them too.
