"MSG Painting has had nothing but outstanding feedback from hundreds of customers over the years and tried EXTREMELY hard to make this customer happy. Including multiple extra trips to her house after payment was received to try to satisfy her with something ELSE she wasn't happy about as SOON as we left the house! Unfortunately, we realized too late that pleasing this customer was an impossible task as she wanted a remodeled house to have complete and utter perfection in drywall repair which is impossible. Having done tons of repairs in drywall, we have NEVER had a customer who couldn't understand this. Customer would stand at a certain angle, bend over slightly and squint to find imperfections through the entire house. No "meltdown" was had. There was a slight accident with a ladder and there was slight frustration because of it. Homeowner was completely impossible to please. Kept accusing Mike, the owner, of being mad at her and calling the office saying she was "scared" of him!! After these multiple trips and constant, constant emailed accusations of bad professionalism and bad work and how we didn't care about making her happy since we were paid (though there were at LEAST 5 more trips made since payment) we decided there was simply nothing more we could do to make this customer happy. We thought it best that she find another contractor to try to appease her perfectionism. We are of course not happy to have a dissatisfied customer but when you've done your absolute best and it's still not good enough, there's nothing more that can be done."
