Just fine, and great price!

Couldn't have gone any better. Called the morning after I requested an estimate and was out later that day. Afterwards we scheduled a day for him to come out and complete the service. He called the day before to let me know we were still on schedule for the next day. They got here first thing in the morning and got to work. They were extremely courteous and professional. They did the job very well and really did a great job cleaning up. When they left you would have never known they were here, minus the missing trees. I will absolutely have him back to take care of other trees.

The service went very good. Professional and efficient. Very good appearance - equipment was new looking and worked very well!

Everything went fine with them. They really tried to do things right. When they cut down the tree and went back they took down our privacy fence a big section of it. They pulled it all the way across so that it wouldn’t hurt the lawn. They were as nice as can be.

Mitch and crew and very professional. They did a great job in removing our tree. They gave us a good price, cleaned up everything and did everything he said he would do. This was our second time hiring them to remove a tree from our yard.

They are awesome. I have had them a few different times and then, I recommended them to somebody at work who used them, and they are very pleased as well. I told my friend that they were dependable, very reasonably priced, and did a great job.

Very professional, I felt very comfortable discussing the work to be done. From the time I contacted till work was complete was less then two days. The quality of work was outstanding, wouldn't have even known they were here other then the 2 tree were gone. Price seemed very reasonable. Will definitely call on again.

From our last cold blast of winter with the high winds, I had a tree go down in my back yard. It was already dead and I was trying to delay the removal. So much for that.
I called Gray's Tree Service and told him of the tree and that I did have another dead one that needed removal. Mr Gray said he would be out on Tuesday and call me with the estimate. He did show up as he said and called me from my backyard. As we were talking, I told him that I needed to keep the cost low. He said he could cut down the trees, into small pieces for me and my teenage son to dispose of. I took the offer.
Mr Gray finished the job on Friday and the pieces were perfect size for us to take care of and use in my firepit.

These men were very professional  and competent in their work ethnic.  They  worked diligently .  They spent a lot of extra time cleaning up the entire area.  The stumps were cut low to the ground , just as we  requested.  Everything was hauled away.  We are very happy with this company. We will hire them again if we need more work done.

I called Gray's Tree Service to come out and give me a quote to take down 4 dead Ash Trees and one dyeing Maple.  All but two were over 50 Ft tall, with the potential to cause severe damage to my house.  Mitch came out and walked the area with me to understand what I wanted done.  By the end of the conversation, Mitch gave me a very reasonable quote, which is exactly how much he charged me after performing the service.  The service was to take the trees down with no clean-up nor stump grinding.  However, they did clear the trees that were across the driveway.Mitch and his employees were very professional and performed the job in a timely manner.  I will definitely hire Mitch Gray in the future to trim or remove trees as required.

I couldn't be happier with the job Gray's did. The crew was professional and very good with removing the tree and cleaning up afterward. I found Gray's Tree Service on Angies List and chose them because of their good reviews and they didn't disappoint. I will be using them from now on.

When they did the work we were on vacation.  They had good reviews and that’s why we chose them.  They said that they gave us a discount because they had other work that they were doing with all the equipment there in our neighborhood that same day.  They had a pretty good sized crew out there.  I had not watched professional people trim trees before and so it was pretty fascinating.  I thought that their quality of work and knowledge were good, and you could tell that by the way they just talked to each other about what they were going to do.  Their work was excellent.  They communicated well with each other and they pretty much know that everything was going to go that side.  They did a great job cleaning up.  They kept in contact like when the weather was questionable the day they were going to come or if it was going to rain.  So they kept in contact with us and told us that they wouldn’t be able to come on any particular day because it was going to rain.  They would tell us when they were again going to come.  They came and did the estimate.  They came and did the trees when they said they were going to.  They did everything right whenever they said they were going to do it.  I haven’t compared their prices to anyone else.  I think the price was pretty fair.  We will use their services again in the future.

We had an oak tree very close to the house. It had been dead for about 5 years. Gray's came out the day I called to give an estimate for removing the tree. During the visit, ALL my questions were answered, and everything was explained. The risks to the job were explained as well as why certain precautions had to be made. He gave a fair price, so I hired the company at that time. He said it would take about one month before they could take down the tree, but he fit us into the schedule within 2 weeks! They cleaned the area after the tree was taken down: all the broken wood and bark was placed in a neat pile. We had requested that the tree be left for firewood, and it was placed neatly in the yard so it would be easy for us to cut.

I called Gray's for an estimate and the owner came out the same day. I did not contract his services for about a week or so, as I thought I would get a couple additional estimates. As it turned out, I called two companies and neither one sent anyone out to do an estimate, so I called and scheduled with Gray's. We have a travel trailer parked inside our backyard gate and were going camping the following week, so we wanted to have the job done while we were gone. When we returned, all had been taken care of and there was no indication that they had been here except for the shallow hole in the ground. Mitch also advised me that I should fill the hole with topsoil rather than wood chips. As far as my grade for the price goes, I gave it a B because I really have no measurement as to what an average price would be.

Mitch was very professional, and understood what we wanted better than we did. He used his experience to groom the trees in a manner that maintained their shape, yet gave us the amount of sun we were asking for. The situation called for him to return the next day. Each day the yard was cleaned, patio and driveway cleared of all debris. Our neighbors were not intruded upon by deris in their yard. He was quite knowledgeable when asked about various trees and their diseases. He cared about making sure the result was exactly what the customer wanted.

From estimate to completion - excellent. It was incredible to watch them remove these huge half-dead trees. They needed to take down the fence and use the neighbor's yard to access my backyard in order to get in the chipper and other equipment. It took two days - scheduled apart - to do all the work. The cleanup was done very well. They also were able to leave chips for me to spread around. They looked to all details - including repairing dents in the front lawn that were made when the tree came down. The owner - who does the climbing and trimming/cutting - is the consummate professional in every way.

Called and they came out and did an estimate. When we called to approved they let us know the expected date of completion, but also let us know that the weather could effect the date. High winds and rain could prevent them from completing on time. The communication was great. Windy weather prevented cutting the trees for a while, but they called regularly to let us know the status and kept us well informed. Would highly recommend they were very professional and did an excellent job.
