Fitzgerald Siding

Pat quoted a fair price that did not change as work progressed. He did several extra jobs at no additional charge. He started sooner than he thought he would be able to and completed on scedule. He kept all debris cleaned up during his work. Pat was very pleasant to work with. We are already planning to have him do other projects.

Pat showed up on the agreed upon start date and worked every day weather permitted until the job was completed. Being the fall, rain was a problem. This was a two story house, so Pat started with the lower half removing up to the height of the housewrap sheeting and tucking the new sheeting under the existing siding above. Doing this, any part of the house without new siding at the end of the day was still weather tight. Pat was very courteous and answered all of my questions about the project, and I asked a lot. If he saw something that was going to be a problem, he brought it to my attention enough in advance that we could resolve it. Kept the work site cleaned up at all times and hauled away all the old siding, empty boxes and cutting scraps every night. The job was completed for the agreed upon price, but took a few extra days due to the weather. Pat has great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. We are extremely happy with our new siding.
