The originally scheduled service was delayed due to a problem with his machine. He was extremely apologetic, and kept me informed as to the ongoing status. His machine was repaired and he provided the service the next day.

Cleaned carpets. It went faster than expected and the results are wonderful to top it off the price was phenomenal!!!

He managed to clean the new carpet spot very well, in spite of the cleaner that didn't work getting mixed up in it. The home location was well done, also. The only thing that wasn't perfect about his service was that the carpet was left much wetter than he said, so
it took several hours more to dry. He was very accommodating and sensitive to our needs. This is a family owned business and
he worked hard to please.

"Sometimes when getting a Stain out as bad as paint carpet is left little wetter that is during a normal carpet cleaning."

We recently moved into a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned prior to the arrival of our new furniture. My husband called Clay that morning and by 11:00 our carpets were cleaned. Very nice job.
