I didn?t use them. They were friendly and responsive. I found somebody else, who suited my needs better. I will not use this company again in the future.

We were interested in building a house. We found the perfect piece of land, did our own research on it and it was priced at $69,000. We quickly were pre-approved for the purchase amount and the owner changed the price to $74,000. We were crushed. I called the agent on the land and pleaded to see if the man would go back down to $69,000. The agent really did not think he would, but did ask. She had called us back and he said he would accept $69,000, but he wanted a signed purchase aggreement in 24 hours or the deal was off. I called Wendy Sabo and she came through for us. We explained the details, 24 hours. She quickly did her own homework on the piece of land, including walking the property with us. Wendy wanted to make sure we understood everything before we began taking on such a commitement. Thanks to her quick response we were signing the agreement within 24 hours. She really came through for us. She did not wait to call me back, she responded immediately and for that we have what we always wanted, our property. Then we were ready to build and sell our home. We first started with for sale by owner. What a mess. Then we decided to use Wendy Sabo. She was amazing again. She was punctual, friendly and honest. She explained to us what people were looking for in a home and we went to work. We cleared the clutter, took personal objects out of view ( this being so people could get a better idea of it being their home rather then ours). We also kept up with the daily chores of a home so we could be ready for any showing possible. We needed to sell so we could build. We were very nervous, but our home sold in 4 months. We recieved asking price and could not be any happier. She was there once again when we needed her. Then we needed to build. Although we did most of the work ourselves we had known that Wendy and her husband Jim Sabo were also builders. When we were building they were always willing to help us find quality workers for the areas that were not our expertise. Their intelligence in all the areas helped us to build our home. Wendy also came by to help me with the inside and gave me decorating suggestions. She became your friend in the end, her kindness and gracious nature was appreciated in the end with helping us build the home of our dreams. We will thank her forever.
