The driver plowed our driveway and drove over and broke 3 of our road markers. In doing so, he ran into a large rock we had next to a marker. He knocked the large rock over. When we came home we still had 3 inches of snow in our driveway and ruined driveway markers, grass and rock. When we called and told him about the issue, he tried to deny it until we told him about the rock. Then he apologized. We asked him for the bill and canceled his service. When we got the bill, he charged us $35.00, not $25.00 as agreed upon. This increase in price happened with 4 of my neighbors, who also quit his service. His customer service is very poor and so is the work. Stay away.
