It started out pretty good but then they changed the staff who came and the service went downhill. The baseboards weren't done, neither were the lamp shades, the top of the fridge, etc. On 3 different occasions I had to have management people come to my house to look at damage that was done by their workers. They damaged a brand new $800 chair. They dripped cleaning products on it and it looked like it was bleached in spots. They did the same thing to the carpet in my lower level. They also banged the vacuum cleaner into my moulding. That was the last straw and I fired them.

I've been using them for a year and a half. We've had a few that weren't very good but as soon as I contacted the office, they made sure those two didn't come back and they did somebody out right away to fix the problem I had then.

The cost goes by the size of the house. Mine is a small house so $97 every time they come. They are in the process of changing their business and I've been kind of involved with that since I've been with this company for probably six years. They've always sent two girls each time for cleaning which I liked but the home office has decided that they want to sent one girl for a longer period of time and I really don't like that. I spoke to them and it sounds like there isn't anything the local office can do about it. I like the two girl concept because if it's a single person, she will be tied so I don't want somebody here all day cleaning. They still scheduling people to see when they have them available to come here. They have some women who have been there like fifteen years with the company so I'm not sure how all that is going to work out. I did look on Angie's List to think about another company and I didn't really see anything. I have one team that works here pretty consistently and then they send in a single.

The overall experience has been good. Service is ongoing and not completed. We hired the company for cleaning every 2 weeks. There are different people who come each time, but they have each done a good job. Very polite - professional. This company uses superior cleaning products and the house looks great after they leave. It gives me peace of mind to have the house clean because we have had a lot of company and visitors during my recovery.

Very good price. Very professional and friendly staff. The only complaint I would have is that after a while cleaning of some items was neglected, i.e., stove knobs were not getting cleaned anymore, some garbage pails had been forgotten to be emptied (especially if they were in cabinets like the bathroom), etc.

They are very thorough, and she is really nice. She gets a long with our dog which is very important to us.
