Great!  It only took them a few hours but there were three of them.
They did an excellent trimming job - it is so beautiful to look a very professional job!!!   I was slightly disappointed a few years ago in their work, so I was hesitant.  But I am glad I had them; this year.  
They went beyond what I had asked for, doing extras like digging up another bush.  They were very meticulous in raking up and removing the debris.  They didn't harm any of the roses or hostas.  I will definitely have them next year.  (This is actually my mother's house; too much for me to do anymore).
They were very hard working, respectful, clean, courteous and professional.  So different than some of the guys that have worked in her yard with tattoos, barely doing what they are suppose to and ruining your property in the process.
I couldn't rate them on punctuality as they had other jobs and it depended on the completion of the other jobs.  They arrived around 3:30 PM and were completed around 5:30 PM, which turned out better as it wasn't as hot. 
It was a very hot and late in the day.  I served them orange juice, cheese and crackers as they worked so hard.
I will have them next year as well.

Well Chads did landscaping at my home.  They didn't pay attention to
what kind of foliage we wanted, but they did replace the foliage with
the plants we liked for no charge.  They messed up the sod; in fact the
sod they put in is pretty much all dead.  The shrubs they "planted" were
just dropped in a hole, and a strong wind actually blew one over.  Most
of the shrubs are now dead.  I am not calling them back as I think all
they would do is more shoddy landscaping.  They seemed to lose interest
in the job once they were finished; it took them quite  awhile to fix
things and the "fixes" didn't last (sod died, plants died, shrubs
died).  The construction was fine but the equipment did damage some trees and even hit our house at one point.
 I like the people, they are nice...but the quality of the work
is just too poor to recommend them.

I spent $25 on that service.  I have them do the mulch work in the spring, spring cleanup and they are going to be doing the fall cleanup.  They are excellent.  Their pricing is as reasonable as body.  I have already signed up with them for next year.  I would tell others that they basically do what they say they are going to do and in fact they will come out and do things that they don’t even charge me for if I think it wasn’t done right.

They are a wonderful crew.  I think it is family owned.  They are nice people, on time, and did a neat job.  They did an excellent clean up.  They did break a sprinkler head; they told me and repaired it the next week.

We hired Chad's last year for our lawn maintenance and were happy. However, this year we have been very disappointed. Not only was the job not done well, lots of clipping left in the lawn and clippings left on the porch. They also didn't come on a regular basis, anywhere from 7 -10 days. Many times my lawn was 10 inches long before they cut (without watering my lawn).

Needless to say we are no longer using them and have hired someone else who does a better job.

After several estimates from other landscape companies, I decided to go with Chads.  They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My initial call resulted in Chad coming over to my home that same day.  He was very polite and listened to what I was thinking of doing and he gave several suggestions and ideas as to what he thought would work and how it could be done.  He explained everything in detail.  Once we agreed on the project, he called back promptly with a price which was the lowest compared to the other companies, and they started the job only a few days later. The crew was prompt, kind and worked hard all day long.  I was very pleased with how it turned out.  They did a beautiful job.  Chad's is the only company I will use for future landscaping needs.

I had scheduled my lawn service to come out and do the annual clean up, Grandland Landscaping. I waited and called, no return call. I waited and called, no return call.I then began to search Angie's list. Called a couple of the companies to come out and give me an estimate. No names to be mentioned, but the price was more than double than my first estimate. I then called the foreman, he said that they had closed the doors weeks ago. They never even had the courtousy to call me to let me know. He recommended Chad's Landscaping, Inc. I called them and the very friendly lady that answered the phone had a estimator out within an hour. He looked at the job and gave me a price of $300.00. I told him that my ex-original company was going to do it for $275.00. No questions asked, he matched the price. They came out that Saturday and worked a couple hours into the dark to finish. Very grateful they did, old man winter set in the next week.
