I first called for an estimate. I then received and estimate at aprox. $200.00 less than other shops. I then made an appointment for the work to be done and they held to the timeline as well as the estimate. I left the shop with a satisfied feeling. This shop takes their time with you, make you feel important and like a neighbor.

I had a vibration in my car that I attributed to the brakes. I went to a local GMC dealership for a relay and electric motor replacement. Asked the tech to look into the problem. The relay's and electric motor were replaced and the vibration never addressed. While in a local greenhouse a stranger suggested Jerry's Service Center. I made an appointment to have the work done the next week. Took the car in at 9:30 A.M. and drove home at noon. This is not a fancy dealership with cable t.v. in the waiting room, wi-fi, and comfortable restroom. It is a small town garage with certified auto mechanics. You pay for their services and not their waiting room. They are half a block from downtown where I kept myself occupied with morning breakfast, two thrift shop's, a quilt shop and a wonderful hardware store.
