It went great. Eric and his contractors did top quality, professional work, installing new drywall, plumbing, and electrical. Eric coordinated everything with the kitchen cabinet installers, and worked around us as we wallpapered, painted, and refinished the floor.
Eric was super helpful and transparent through the whole process, and he took every opportunity he had to save us money on materials by using our own stuff when he could.
I can't recommend him too highly.
