HALL VETERINARY CLINIC

The facility is very clean with easy access and the waiting room is very large so you don't have to "sit in top of each other". Everyone was professional and both appointments were on time and we were only there about 20 minutes total which was great as I took care of this over my lunch. I am setting up additional appointments with my other pets. The only thing I would have changed was I would have preferred the tech/assistant came into the room to administer the vaccines and do the nail trim instead of taking him in back- but that is just a personal preference-i wasn't offered the option-- but I also didn't even ask- I will next time- no points off for that as many people prefer that.

The ladies at the Hall veterinary clinic are beautiful inside and out. After losing my Job of 23 years, my house and consequently my marriage to the banks and the housing market bust. I moved to Gaylord to start a new job and a new life with my dog and best buddy Jake. Worried about Jake who was taking care of me and helping me cope more then I was taking care of him, we headed for the Hall veterinary clinic to get his checkup.
Jake cowered down by the door in the examination room and sensing his fear and my anxiety she went to Jake on her hands and knees to comfort him. She noticed he had a broken nail from the struggle getting him into the office and that his nails were way to long. I explained he would absolutely not let anyone touch his feet and this is something I had struggled with and worried about since I rescued him 6 years ago.
She was able to comfort both of us, examine Jake and do what I thought was impossible and trim his nails (which I was not charged for).
The acts of Compassion and kindness by her and her amazing staff to Jake and myself left me feeling hopeful and happy for the first time in longer than I care to remember.

Their office and staffs were phenomenal. When I had to get in for an emergency I've been able to get right in and their treatment has been right on. They called and double check to make sure the animal is okay. They're terrific.

They always provide knowledgable and excellent care for our pets!!! Not only is Dr Hall very caring, but her entire staff is as well! I have complete trust and confidence for the entire Hall Veterinary team. I would not ever think of trying to find another vet for our babies!!! Dr Hall and her staff are the BEST! |

The visit went very well. The staff is personable and knowledgeable and Dr. Hall is a real asset to the Veterinary profession. I have several dogs and cats and they are all treated by Dr. Hall.

This was my first visit with Hall Veterinary Clinic and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. They went far and above what I anticipated and my standards are very high. My standards are even higher when dealing with my "babies," whether they are my biological babies (who are adults now)❤, or my newest baby (of the canine form) ??! They met my puppy, Betty White, and treated her and me with genuine respect and care. Two characteristics that are critical in forming a positive first impression. When coupled with such an elevated level of professionalism one could be skeptical believing that every visit could be equally successful. In taking that idea into silent consideration, I purposely made a conscious effort to observe the demeanor of other clients and their pets. I purposely initiated colloquial conversation regarding the clients' personal opinions including asking about comparisons to other veterinary businesses in the area as well as surrounding areas. People love the opportunity to talk about their children and their pets. The customers I met were no different and had 100% positive stories. When I consider all that I took in (and away with me), I will never give consideration to any other facility, even if I were offered all future services and care free-of-charge. I am a firm believer in the adage, "You get what you pay for." In my visit with Hall Veterinary Clinic this is not true because we were treated with services that would be unquestionably unaffordable if they charged based on the value of our experience and the knowledge of each staff member, technician and of course the Doctors! It is also noteworthy to mention that Dr. Hall represents the third generation in her family of Veterinarians including her father and grandfather! As noted in the service provided section ~ it is always fantastic. When given the choice, we will not utilize either of the other 2 Veterinarian Hospitals in our town. Each staff member under Dr. Susan Hall, takes their "job" to the next level. Number one, they make the pet owners feel relaxed and fills us with confidence in them. To watch the joy, happiness and enthusiasm to meet and help our dogs when we bring them in is fantastic. We had previously frequented a different Vet. We very much disliked and dreaded each trip there as the entire staff was afraid of large breed dogs, and Heaven help them is they made a noise such as a bark or howl. Dr. Hall and her staff are always extremely personal with us and the dogs. Every dog we have pulls us inside for every visit. They love going there because it is always a positive experience despite the procedure or treatment.
