We had not had a problem with them. They give it a check every year but you do pay for that.

So far so good. The price is average. It has worked ok and if there is a problem they come out here. They are very professional and they put booties on so they do not mess up your carpet; very considerate. The only thing is they have one cranky receptionist and she mistreats people that are good customers.

Arrived on time. Checked out the furnace by taking it apart and checking all parts of the ignition and gas supply. Found out that the furnace was getting near end of life. Offered estimates for replacement at my request.
