Failed to fix and diagnose what was wrong with the dryer and did not find the root cause of the problem which was faulty installation of the dryer vent to the outside of the house. The dryer vent was physically blocked by lint. He suggested either installation of a new circuit board (which was not faulty) after replacing the heating element which did not fix the problem, or buying a new dryer. I used another company which diagnosed and fixed the problem.
