1st Call Restoration

I am so un happy with his services. He seemed nice when we meet, made a LOT of promises of what would be done. After his guys came out the one time while I was gone, I tried calling to see when they would be back out to do the rest of the house. Never answered his phone. After almost 4 weeks he finally answered to tell me he was so behind on his work and calling his customers , said I would still have to wait because someone else had a flood in their basement and that took rank over my issue in my home. I have mold on the windows and s*** in the crawl space. REALLY!!!!with 2 children in the home one who has breathing issues anyways. So I wait and finally call my insurance claim specialist who said she also has been leaving message after message and no respond. She tells me to find another company who can get out asap. So I know have serve pro here and all the things they have come across in the crawl space is un real. 1st call said they put down liy. No what they did was take handfuls and throw them. there are pile's all in one area. did not clean the s***. oh and after he had his guys here and laid the plastic 1 week later tells my husband we have a leek in the toilet and it needs to be fixed. WHY WOULD YOU LAY PLASTIC AND LIY WHEN THE TOLIET IS STILL LEAKING???OH TO TRY AND MAKE MORE MONEY..I have never been so un happy with a company then I am his. Then he tells us how 90% of his jobs come from customers who already had serv pro there, I think its the other way around. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
