Description of Work: I suspect this company is no longer in operation. I contacted them to get a quote for bathroom renovation and it was very difficult to get a call back. When I was finally able to set up an appointment, Patrice never showed up. This was disappointing because I had a positive experience with them in the past.

 + -1 moreI called last week and left a message to schedule a date for an estimate. No response. Called again on Monday, he said he can come next day around 9am to take a look and provide estimate. Did not show up at all. Called again to see if he is running late or want to reschedule. No response. I wish he called me if he his stuck with other work. I didn't have to waste my time waiting.
Description of Work: There is a water leak downstairs from the master bath upstairs. I have decided to replace tiles in the shower and also on the floor.

 + -1 moreThey are immaculate workers and clean up completely after each day on the job. Wayne stays in contact every step of the way. I would rate them a solid A+ for the areas most important to me: meticulous, beautiful work; customer relations and communication; fair price; cleanliness; courtesy. Do not hesitate to engage them!
Description of Work: Frank and Wayne first updated a bathroom on the lower level that had a bad shower stall leak. My sister recommended them because she knew they did good work and would deal with my very limited budget.They tore out the shower stall, retiled it, and refaced the old vanity. The work was absolutely meticulous. I was so pleased with them that I had them bid on updating my kitchen. Their bid, and suggestions for inexpensive improvements, was far better than three others I obtained. They rewired a section of the kitchen to allow for more plugs, ceiling lighting, refaced the cabinets, installed undermount lighting, relocated the refrigerator, did the plumbing for the new sink and faucet, and did some custom carpentry in the dining area.

 + 0 moreFrank (and partner/father Wayne) were referred to us by a trusted person, so we were not surprised that they were wonderful. Wonderful to us means prompt, pleasant, consummate professionals with very high standards, offering us suggestions and options, never leaving the worksite until everything was swept and vacuumed (bath repairs can be messy and dangerous,) and reasonable rates. We are completely satisfied and plan to have them re-do our kitchen and some carpentry projects very soon.
Description of Work: Tearout and rebuilding shower stall in lower bathroom - shower was leaking out into family room and utility room. Reface and repair water-damaged vanity in same bathroom.

 + -1 moreCompany offers interior decorating help which came in handy. Patrice's help was invaluable. She spent the better part of a day with me picking out tile, matching backsplash, and new granite countertops. Installation went smoothly and company is very flexible and adaptable to last minute changes. Finished job turned out fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm still getting compliments almost one year later and quality of workmanship continues to look like new. I would recommend this company highly and plan on using them in the future.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets purchased before contracting with Russell). New ceraminc floor, removed wall, and installed new stair railing.

 + 2 morePatrice did a wonderful job designing my kitchen. Frank did a very professional job with the installation of the kitchen and the ceramic floors turned out amazing. I get compliments from everyone that comes over. Great family business, they take pride in their work and it shows!
Description of Work: Installed new kitchen with Silistone counter tops & ceramic flooring. Also installed ceramic in 2 bathrooms and installed jacuzzi tub with custom ceramic around tub with custom insets. Very beautiful job.
