Ceramic Tile Service
I called last week and left a message to schedule a date for an estimate. No response. Called again on Monday, he said he can come next day around 9am to take a look and provide estimate. Did not show up at all. Called again to see if he is running late or want to reschedule. No response. I wish he called me if he his stuck with other work. I didn't have to waste my time waiting.

the job. Wayne stays in contact every step of the way. I would rate

Frank (and partner/father Wayne) were referred to us by a trusted person, so we were not surprised that they were wonderful. Wonderful to us means prompt, pleasant, consummate professionals with very high standards, offering us suggestions and options, never leaving the worksite until everything was swept and vacuumed (bath repairs can be messy and dangerous,) and reasonable rates.
We are completely satisfied and plan to have them re-do our kitchen and some carpentry projects very soon.

Company offers interior decorating help which came in handy. Patrice's help was invaluable. She spent the better part of a day with me picking out tile, matching backsplash, and new granite countertops. Installation went smoothly and company is very flexible and adaptable to last minute changes. Finished job turned out fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm still getting compliments almost one year later and quality of workmanship continues to look like new. I would recommend this company highly and plan on using them in the future.

Patrice did a wonderful job designing my kitchen. Frank did a very professional job with the installation of the kitchen and the ceramic floors turned out amazing. I get compliments from everyone that comes over. Great family business, they take pride in their work and it shows!
