We do major and minor car and truck repair. We have ASE Certified Master mechanics on duty Mon. thru Fri. 8:30am to 7:00pm and Sat 9:00am to 2:00pm. We welcome walk-in customers or we would be happy to set you up with an appointment. We also offer shuttle service. We accept Visa-Mastercard-Discover-American Express and Debit cards.

Excellent. I took my vehicle in due to loud clunking noises. Technician diagnosed problem accurately and quickly in the parking lot. I believe the technician was Jeff Junior. I had my vehicle repaired and back in 2 hours. I would strongly recommend using these people. Honest, precise, and affordable.

When I contacted the provider by phone, I spoke with Joe who thoroughly explained the procedure for flushing the cooling system. I felt confident that they would do a good job. He asked me to bring my car in the following morning (a Saturday) and that they'd have it ready for me by closing at 2:00. My car was ready at 12:30. When I got the car home, I noticed some orange-colored fluid dripping from the front end. I called Road Ready immediately and was told to bring my car back in. I was told that there was a problem with the drain petcock; it wasn't sealing properly. They were going to attempt to fix it but they weren't certain that the fix would work. Once again Joe explained what the problem was and how they were hoping to fix it. I ended up leaving the car over the weekend which was fine since I have a second car. This gave them the opportunity to test "the fix" to make sure it would work. When I went there on Monday to pick up my car, I was told that they had replaced the petcock and that there was no charge for this repair even though it wasn't part of the original order! Bottom line: This company went above and beyond to give me good service and to properly fix the petcock problem that came up after the initial work had been completed. I would not hesitate to take my car there again. Very professional.

Road Ready has fixed my car and my husband's car MANY times. We will never go elsewhere. These folks are honest. Twice I brought my car there, thinking something was wrong. BOTH times, they found nothing, A different places could have robbed me blind. Jeff and his son are awesome!

They gave me the number of the towing company they use and my vehicle was picked up right away. My friend had replaced a few parts in attempt to get the vehicle running but was unsuccessful. Things were not put back together before I had it towed to the shop and the guys there put everything back together at no additional cost. They diagnosed the issue quickly and let me know that the part had to be ordered from the dealership. Since I was without a vehicle and did not want to wait the 3 days + for the part from the dealership, AND the wire plug could only be ordered as part of a $2000 wiring harness, the guys let us hunt down what we needed from a junkyard. They were very patient when we brought in a part that did not fit....3 times! As soon as we got them the correct part, the vehicle was ready to go in 1 hour. My total was $200 after adding the tow and $10 in gas (that I authorized). These guys are great and I will be using them for all of my auto repairs in the future.

However throughing a price of $475 quoted in your report and then saying "rip off", without saying what the year, make, model, and engine this quote was for seems a little unfair. Did we quote that price for R&R (remove and replace) of the water pump only? Did we recommend doing a thermostat at the same time because the car overheated? They had great customer service. We had to go out of town and they let us leave our car there while we were away. They also drove me home since I had to leave the car there. He was very informative, honest and he let us make payments for the service. It was the best service I have ever received.

They are really good. The service that they provided came in about a third of the price I thought I was going to pay since my car was good. I went in and they gave me a comfortable place to relax. They gave me a remote and told me that it would take a while to fix the car. They are very frank and make you feel at home. They seemed pretty trustworthy and they explained everything. They are in a good location and charge a superb price. The quality of their work was very good. Their responsiveness was good too since they took me right in. I had an appointment and I was there within the first two hours after they opened the service center. They were very good at listening. Their professionalism was very good too. They were upfront and they didn’t try to make any kind of sale. I would recommend them to others and I would use their services in the future too.

Road Ready Service gave me a great first impression. I brought my car in on a Friday after work. They drove me several miles to my Doctor appointment I had. After I was done in Appr. 1 and 1/2 hours I called and they picked me up returned me to their station to a completed repair. Most grateful.

I'd been putting off getting my window switch replaced but with cold weather I decided it was time. When my husband had his oil changed at Road Ready, I had him ask if they could do it. They said yes and I took it in the next Monday. Jeff had to get the part from the dealer and at first said it would be $252, but since the installation took less time than he'd expected, he knocked off $50 and I was happy with that.

Our daughter was in town from Chicago when here check engine light came on. She took it to the garage we usually go to and they said her car was too new for their computer, even though her car is a 2004 Chevy Malibu. I guess they were getting a new computer soon. I had been thinking of switching to Road Ready for some time, but it's easy to get stuck in a rut and I hadn't. This was the perfect time to give them a try. Our daughter called them and Jeff said he could check it out. It turned out that the car needed a thermostat and the cooling system flushed out, which our daughter had thought might be the case from what someone had told her. Jeff did the work that day, which was important because she had to leave the next day, and the cost was $216 and some cents. We were very pleased and decided to give them some more business which will be submitted in subsequent reports.

It went great. Jeff was very open and honest about his prices, the parts he uses, and what he would do. He and his son do a great job in explaining what needs to be done and what the options are. I was very impressed and will take my business to him again in the future. The price was much less than the dealership and less than other shops. He uses better quality parts than some other "discount" places, but even then his prices are very competitive.
We had many other items repaired or replaced on our vehicles before we moved from Michigan in 2009, along with all of our oil changes. Jeff and the crew are probably the best anywhere. I told everyone I knew about them. While we were in Ohio, if I would have had the money, I probably would have gone up to Michigan to have Jeff work on the vehicles, but it wasn't in the budget. I hope they are still doing well.
