Pat Malloy Plumbing

Pat has done a few plumbing jobs, and when he found out we were considering doing our kitchen, he asked if he could bid.  He was well under the other bids, and offered to do more.  He brought in several of his team to talk with us.  We immediately liked what he wanted to do, and we really liked his crew. 

We had them go all the way down to the floor joists and up to the rook to make major changes to the kitchen.  The work was done carefully and cleanly.  they removed a wall and refinished the ceiling and the subfloor.  Then the flooring guy came in and quickly installed the floor.  We actually had new flooring installed in our entry way, kitchen, and sitting room.  It was done quickly and with expert care.

Then Pat brought in the cabinet crew.  They assembled the IKEA cabinets and installed them over a 3 day period.  They had to return several days later, for a couple more days after we had to exchange damaged materials (damaged by IKEA).  We also missed a few things.  No extra charge.  The guys just took care of it with good humor and a smile. 

We also had the room rewired, which became a major part of the project.  Again, we were met with smiles and good nature.  These things happen and we were not nickel and dimed.  We added more work to the original project.  This was negotiated with a handshake, and done with the same care as the original work. 

Thank you Pat.  You did a far better job than I could have envisioned when we started.  Our kitchen is now the envy of the neighborhood.
