Excellent and informative explanations on issues with the house. He was very analytical and detailed in his approach to inspecting the house. He was able to explain in layman's terms issues with the house and how to fix them.

He is very detail oriented. We are out of state investors, so e-mailed us house photos. The problem areas were well explained in a written report, as well as supported with graphics on the pictures he sent. Check out a sample of his report on the his website. It is exact description of what he did for us. As a project manager he proved himself to be knowledgeable and reliable. We will definitely hire him again and would recommend to others.
