best place to have your transmission repaired give them 5 stars rating

First he told me to get the bearings from the dealership (which is good because they're quality products), came back and did the job. Then he tells me they are not under warranty because I purchased the bearings from an outside dealership. The work was good but I didn't appreciate his suggestion which made excluded me from a warranty.

This was my first experience with this shop. I dropped my car off realizing they wouldn't be able to get to it till the next day. They did call me the next day and explained the issue. They gave a quote for the part + labor. Due to a connection of mine, I was able to get the part cheaper than they were. They had no problem with that. They had the work finished just a few hours after the part was delivered.
My whole experience was positive. They were polite on the phone, detailed when discussing the issue, and accommodating with me providing my own parts. I will go to Dewey's for my auto repair needs in the future.
Auto repair can be a scary experience. You can trust these guys.

I like their professionalism and timeliness with the repair, which is very important to me. Sometimes we take our vehicle in for repair and it sits there for weeks. But they are very timely in getting the work done. I seldom have to take the vehicle back to be tweaked or anything. They do good quality work. With regard to price, I don't recall the exact price, but I do recall that I was satisfied with it.
