They're on the pricey side but they do a good job. They explain what and why they do it. They move everything as well and a lot of times places wont move things. They do the little things and are pleasant people to talk to. We lived here 14 years and they've cleaned our carpets that long and maybe our old house so about 20 years. We still have the original carpet from 14 years and they look fine so whatever they're doing isnt hurting.

The scheduled the appointment and came on time.  They vacuumed the carpets and cleaned them thoroughly. They moved the heavy furniture and put it back carefully.  They were very professional and very polite.  We are happy with the way our carpets turned out.
