My initial call was answered by a gentleman who ended up being the person who came for my refrigerator repair. He was professional and polite. HOWEVER, my second call was answered by a woman, who, had SHE been the one answering my initial call, I would have hung up and gone on to the next company repair shop. She was incredibly rude and would not have gotten my business. Repair man was awesome, receptionist - not so awesome. She is probably losing them plenty of business.

THEY SEEM TO ALWAYS FIT ME RIGHT IN. THEY GET YOU IN FAST AND OUT EVEN FASTER. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE GOOD WORK FOR ME. I JUST REALLY THINK THEY ARE THE BEST REPAIR COMPANY.
