When I dropped car off everyone was pleasant and courteous. When job was done, Mike took the time to walk me to the car, explain some of the features of the installation, and walked me through use of the hitch with the bike rack I had left with them to make sure it would fit my vehicle. I had been to a specialty and quot;hitch-shopand quot; the year prior with another vehicle to have the same service provide and it was no where nearly as convenient, as professional, nor as personal as my experience with Mike and Ron. Just about the best auto-related service experience I've ever had. I'm looking for an excuse to go back for additional work!!
