Concrete Repair
Chapman's Cement was a subcontractor of Motor City Construction.
Jeff Chapman, the owner was a great guy and went above and beyond what was needed. Had I to do it over again I would have dealt with him directly. The initial cost quoted by Dave from Motor City was $8,000. Once the cement was up and we were in the middle of the job, Dave told us it would be another $5,000 to finish the job due to the water under the garage floor. Dave knew the problem with the concrete floor was from water erosion initially, and I felt it was disingenuous to then act like this was unexpected.
I felt taken advantage of by Motor City, however Chapman's (Jeff) made me feel a little better about the job
