TWO MEN & A COUNTERTOP

Do not buy from them! Poor customer service after they get your money. Poor quality workmanship. Very unprofessional. We worked with Alex who I trusted to get it right. He never wrote down what I told him I wanted for my "custom top". They cut the stone I chose and gave the portion that I chose to another customer. He made my countertop from the wrong section of stone. When I told him that’s not what I wanted, he told me "I think you forgot what you wanted." There were orange rust looking stains in the light grey granite surface in several places of the countertop. They did not offer to do anything about it, I was told it's the nature of the stone. Look at the pics, that is not true. We lost our $500 deposit because Alex did not write down any of our wishes and I didn't want to look at bad countertops for years to come. Make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. They will make promises they have no intention of keeping. They will stick you with inferior quality pieces when you turn your back and do not try to make amends.

They did a good job and I have no complaints on the service. They were very punctual. There were two men here doing the work and it took about 6-8 weeks from the initial estimate to the end of installation. There were some times I had to get a hold of them and it was difficult to get a call back. The results of the granite are excellent!

Don’t hire them.  There are two problems with the installation. First, the seams on the countertop are awful. Where they made the cuts in the countertop the edges are chipped and filled with a black epoxy which is not smooth at all.  Secondly, there are two corners on the countertop, one which has been rounded off and the other which is left squared.
