It went good. Took much longer than anticipated because of the rain. My only complaint is that the guys were not very careful around my landscaping and several bushes got broken and they did leave trash a couple of times which I picked up. They were all pleasant and professional though.

It went great , I'll use them again in the near future and recommend them to family and friends and everyone .

We were very happy with the job they did. It was a great crew that worked together like a well-run machine. They hustled all day and did a great job of not only removing our trees, but also cleaning up the mess afterwards.

It went great. When I would contact Shawn he was very prompt and professional with his responses. The crew that came was very professional and quick. They felt that they needed the crane to safety get the trees out of the yard and it was no extra cost. They also removed the gazebo that was destroyed in the ice storm. They were very prompt and when I got home I hardly new that they had been here. I will totally go back to them if I need tree removal again!!!

RV Trees did an outstanding job for our tree removal. We needed 7 trees removed from our property in Spring Lake, MI for a pool installation. 5 Trees were massive massive oak trees. Shawn come out almost immediately to give us a price quote after one phone call. We retained his services for our tree removal due his knowledge of what we needed done, along with RV Trees pricing was right on the mark. Shawn and his team were very professional and took good care in removing these trees without any damage to our yard or house. They had the best equipment (crane, bucket truck, chipper, front end loader etc.) to get the job done safely, along with the right equipment to remove these large trees. Once the trees were removed they grinded all the stumps down and cleaned up all the debris and wood as we agreed upon. Shawn’s word was as good as in writing. Shawn and his team did a great job. All of the work was done in just two days. Their estimate for the job was right in line with other estimates received for the work. Very pleased with the work done.

It went spectacularly well. The service crew arrived at 9:00 AM, conducted their initial survey of the work area, then promptly got right to the task, working diligently despite cold, rainy, windy conditions. The work was performed carefully and conscientiously, with expertise, well-coordinated movement and operation of all the equipment, and with an eye for safety for both the employees, equipment, and my property. The entire operation was a clinic in professional tree removal, right down to the last twig, with an impeccable cleanup performed as an important aspect of the overall service. This job was done exceedingly well, I'm genuinely impressed with the professionalism and skill the workers displayed. Truly a job well done!

RV Tree LLC literally saved the day for my 93 year old mother-in-law! She had a huge oak tree get hit by lightning and it fell on her house over Labor Day weekend. Luckily it was a glancing blow or we would have a much bigger issue. I call Shawn and he came over Lanor Day night to look at it and said that he would have a crew there Tuesday morning. They came as promised and were done by 2:00. It does not get any better than this on a holiday weekend!

Outstanding work. Professional, punctual and very service oriented. We are a waterfront condo complex in Spring Lake so the condition of our property is very important to us. We have hired Shawn on two separate occasions and will continue to use his services. His work is competitively priced and very well done.

I was VERY pleased to find a tree service that actually took credit card (PayPal) for payment! After all, who happens to have a few thousand lying around when suddenly some trees need to be removed?! RV Trees did an outstanding job -- they were professional, punctual, timely and were competitively priced (I compared with quotes from their competition), and I would certainly do business with them again! I was especially grateful for RV Trees' generosity: I made a few requests (like stump grinding (several) and pruning of nearby trees) LATE in the job. Yet RV Trees did not jack up the price on me, hardly charged more -- and even threw in some of the additional work for FREE. This stood in stark contrast to Dale's Tree Service, which I'd used before, who was NOT service-oriented at all, and used late requests as an opportunity to overcharge the customer.

The owner was extremely punctual, responsive, and thorough. He gave us the best and clearest estimate of the work to be done, and he arrived on time. He came out to our house one week after we discussed the project - other crews were giving us service dates that were months away. His crew was professional and efficient. Some trees were in difficult spots, but they managed it very well. They brought their 110 ft crane, didn't damage any property at all, and even cut extra troublesome branches that we hadn't noticed prior to the work. He discussed everything with us in detail and kept us updated during the day. The place was spotless and clean when he left. There was mild damage to inground sprinklers, but we had discussed this prior to the job, and we expected it because of the proximity to the stumps. Small fixes, no surprises at all. I would highly recommend this company, and we will definitely use their services if we ever need trees removed again. You won't find this quality at this price anywhere else.

The quote was timely, crews showed up as scheduled, everyone on the crew was very professional and safety minded and friendly. Once the trees were down the cleanup was very extremely good and the entire job was done in one eight hour day. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

He gave us a great price and had all of the proper equipment needed for such a job, one being a 100 ft. crane. His large staff was very friendly. I will definitely use RV Trees again!
