all windows were spotless when finished. He stayed with his estimate even though he did some extra work that included fixing a screen and windows that I had forgotten to include in the estimate information. He and his assistant were efficient, knowledgeable, and checked to make sure every spot was gone before they left.

Ken was easy to communicate with ahead of time, was very professional and helpful, and he did an amazing job in a fraction of the time I thought it would take him. After meeting him and having him do that job I would be comfortable doing anything at my place and highly recommend this company. Once you meet him you just can tell the he takes pride in his work and will do the job tonight and charge a fair price. He's just the kind of man you can tell has integrity and strong work ethic. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them as highly as I can.

Mr. Maine and helper washed the entire house not only with a pressure washer but by hand as well. We live in a historical home and the windows are very old and need special attention. The storms are difficult to operate and can easily be damaged if care is not taken. (Some had been by a previous company). He took extreme care and I have never seen them look so brilliant. He was not satisfied with two front windows and did them over. It was pass the time he had quoted me for the price, but he did not charge me.
We were extremely pleased and will hire him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I received a quote from Ken within 2 days of request. We met to determine if he could do it within the time line I needed. He talked it over with his wife and the job was scheduled for May 19th. He also offered to assist me when I wished to have my screens replaced.

It went well. We had a delay due to weather but rescheduled fairly quickly. They arrived on time and finished both jobs the same day. The power washing is hard to judge but was basically just that. Pretty much done from the ground with a power sprayer.
All the windows, inside and out, were cleaned with cloth and squeegy. Screens were removed at my request and brushed off. Afterward, he went back around, checked and spot cleaned each window as needed. All in all they did a very good job and we are happy with the results.

This is the second time they have cleaned my windows. The first time he did both inside and out, by hand, and scraped them if necessary. This time, he was able to use the Tucker Water-Fed Pole System. It went smoothly and I was very happy with the results and the price. He even comes in to check his work from the inside to make sure he has does his best.
