Great company to work with! Rates were very reasonable and the business is family run. I don't know much about home systems and they took the time to tell me some basics about my AC and gas run appliances. Everyone was polite and friendly. John Jewett was especially helpful, giving me tips about a garage furnace, how to light the pilot light in my water heater, and more. That stuff had little to do with what I hired Jewett to do, but I had questions, John had answers and that experience sold me on using Jewett for all my heating and cooling needs. They even went out of their way to tell me how to save money if I just picked up some of the parts myself, like a longer appliance whip for my dryer. I highly recommend them.

hadThey responding very quickly.  We were still in sub-freezing temperatures when our furnace began failing sporadically.  Jewitt was her in less than 36 hours and had the work done shortly thereafter.  Jewitt is a fabulous family run business.

They tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone for us, and my husband was able to fix it.  We really appreciated them making the effort to save us money.  They could have taken advantage and scheduled a service call, but instead they were just happy to help.  They even followed up with us the following morning to see if their advice worked; it did. 

We have also had them fix issues caused by other companies in the past. They do a nice job, they’re honest, and they don’t try to charge you for things you don’t need.  Their prices are very fair, I feel that they’re highly reputable.
