The big limb had fallen and I called.  Andy was in the area and showed up within minutes.  The weather was miserable, but he got out his gear and did the work.  Good guy

Personnel were efficient and prompt and had good suggestions. They checked with us during various steps in the job and also when they were through. They cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use this company again.

Andy (?) was performing a tree service in a neighbor's yard. I approached him to see if he could give me an estimate that day, which he did. He allowed me time to think about it explaining that he was in a very busy period of the year and scheduling would be a few weeks out. I called and made a request for a visit. Even though he was unable to be exact about the day and gave me a range of days to be available (the nature of winter weather and safe working conditions) the company was very gracious about the entire process. When they showed up, they went right to work and had an efficient way about them. Andy supervised the entire job or personally performed the dangerous portions. Once complete, they recommended I not cut some other trees down that I was concerned about, stating they would not be endangering my home. This saved me hundreds, which they could easily could have taken as I was ready to spend it if needed. Very happy with the service. Will call again if needed. And the estimate never grew in size as the job progressed, despite them having to cut some extra trees down during the process.

They arrived promptly in the morning at 7:30 am and were done by noon. The yard was left in as good or better condition than when they arrived. The crew worked safely and competently. I would use again when I need tree service.

Andy's has an amazing array of equipment and their workers are excellent. They had the entire job done in half a day. Since we have a large lot, we have used Andy's many times in the past and have always been pleased with their service.

I called them on the phone to get a free estimate. I was told it wasn't worth it to come out if the job would be under $100. I told them I was sure it would be more than that. They were able to come out that afternoon. The owner of the business came out (Andy?). I told him my concerns. I had a couple dead or half dead large tree limbs that I wanted removed, one that ran directly over the garage. He was concerned that my tree was showing signs of oak wilt, a disease that will eventually kill it. He said he wasn't sure, he made no claim to be an arborist. He said I should do some research online. (I did end up looking into this online. For me, it was inconclusive, oak wilt mimics dehydration in oaks and it is mid July right now.) We talked a bit about what branches he thought would need to go. I think he was very thorough in this. He wrote up an estimate for me. He suggested that I call his insurance company (the name and number was on the estimate) if I had any doubts about his coverage. He told me that if I booked the job, he'd bring a cherry picker (my term, not his) truck, a chipper truck, and another truck and probably three men to do the job. They would take care of all the cleanup. I thanked him, he left. I did end up calling his insurance carrier, he is fully insured. I called him back a few days later to book the job and they said they would check his schedule and call me back. They called back the next day (Friday morning) and asked if they could come out Monday morning between 7:30-8:00. I said sure. They showed up right on time (7:40) and got right to work. Andy was there with three men, went over what was to be removed with me and with the guy he was leaving in charge (Mark). We talked again for a few minutes and the guys were already getting to work. All in all, they took about two hours. They cleaned up all the debris that came down, even raked part of my lawn. You can't even tell they were there, except for the missing tree limbs.

They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and were conscientious of my lawn the whole time. They are competitive in price and are ensured and bonded as well. They did bring their big boom trucks and had everything done in what seemed like no time at all. They even cut up some of the wood for my husband and put it where he had requested. My neighbors had seen them working on our lawn and hired them as well.
