Concrete Repair
He took alot of time to investigate the reason and places of the leaks. He removed cracking sealant and replaced with high quality material as well as crimped the siding to keep the elements out..which the builders did not do. He replaced pieces of siding that were falling off(after only 3 years) of a newly constructed house! He never refused to come back and finish up work that should have been done by the original builders.
