It was great. They respect the yard and did what they said they would do with good results.

The service is very good.  The workers are really good.  It takes about an hour and a half.  They clean up very well when they are done.  They always try to get me some discounts for a lower price.

I am pleased with Trugreen's work. My lawn looks great. A couple of times I have had questions or concerns and they have responded immediately. I will continue to use them.

They were pushy. They called me 4 times this year about tree service and I had already told them back in March 2012 that I did not want it. They say they don't use pesticides, but I am not so sure about that. I have a lot of birds in my yard and I am not going to put them in danger. They keep calling constantly, in spite of telling them that we've already talked to someone else, to say that its time for us to have our trees done. I am not sure that they do a complete job. I know that one time, they sprayed my lawn with a weed killer and they hit the bottom of my fruit trees, and I could tell because my neighbor came out and stopped them because they were doing it in a pushy motion, back and forth, and they were hitting my tree and, sure enough, I had dead branches around my fruit trees. They hire young kids and I don't think they have any real education in dealing with chemicals and pesticides. I have seen some of them wearing protectives masks, but I have also seen some of them who don't. Once I started using them, they were just persistent and that was what bothered me about these people. They also wanted to do pest control. For one year, I must have had them coming every week and once when I came home, there was a flag on my lawn that they had put up. When I told them that I no longer wanted that service, they said they could reduce the price if it was too expensive for me and I had to tell them that it was just that I thought it was overkill or too much, coming in so many times. Their price was reasonable. They were very responsive and punctual. The young men working for them were nice. I have them still doing work for me, but I have cut way back from 10 applications a year to 2 applications in the spring and 2 applications in the fall. In the spring, it is weed control and fertilizer and in the fall, it is weed control and they put something on it that gets it ready for the winter cold weather.

THEY WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE; THEY CANCELLED OUR APPOINTMENT A FEW TIMES. I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK THAT THEY DID AFTER THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON OUR LAWN EVERY SUMMER. EVERY YEAR OUR GRASS IS SO THICK AND GREEN WITH VIRTUALLY NO WEEDS. I WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS COMPANY SOONER.

I WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ALWAYS DID A GREAT JOB AT KEEPING MY LAWN LOOKING GOOD. HOWEVER, I NO LONGER NEED MY LAWN TREATED. I DISCONTINUED THEM.

THEY ALWAYS COME ON SCHEDULE. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY ARE A HARD WORKING COMPANY. I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM TO DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THEM. THEY SPRAYED IN THE WRONG PLACES WHICH CAUSED MY FLOWERS TO DIE. THE SPRAY DID NOT DO ANY GOOD ANYWAY BECAUSE I STILL HAVE WEEDS, BUT NO FLOWERS. THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THEM.

I DID NOT LIKE THEIR SERVICES. THEY NEVER TOLD ME WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO ARRIVE, THEY WOULD JUST SHOW UP. I WOULD GET A STATEMENT IN THE MAIL SAYING I OWE FOR THE SPRAY BUT DID NOT EVER SEE THEM HERE. I ALSO DON'T THINK OUR LAWN LOOKS ANY BETTER.

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR AWHILE. I PAY BY THE YEAR AND I NEVER HAVE TO CALL THEM, THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE. THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT WITH OUT ANY COMPLAINTS FROM ME.

WE LIKE THIS COMPANY VERY MUCH. THEY ALWAYS GET THEIR JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY, AND ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

I FEEL THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB AT KEEPING MY LAWN LOOKING GREEN. THEY SHOW UP EVERY MONTH AS PROMISED. SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

OUR EXPERIENCE AND OUR OPINION OF THIS COMPANY IS THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND FRIENDLY WITH OUR FAMILY. OUR LAWN IS GREEN AND HEALTHY.

I THINK THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB WITH MY LAWN. IT REALLY HAS MADE MY LAWN LOOK A LOT HEALTHIER. IF I HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS THEY WILL COME AND STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT UNTIL I AM SATISFIED.

THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THE PRICE IS OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO. THEY KEEP MY LAWN LOOKING GREAT.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE ARE EXCELLENT. THE WORKERS ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND THEY ALWAYS GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.

THEY ARE AN AVERAGE COMPANY. THEY COME ON TIME, DO THEIR JOB AND LEAVE. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DO NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO ANYTHING EXTRA.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY NOW FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO ME AND MAKE SURE I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I WILL KEEP USING THIS COMPANY.

I FEEL THIS COMPANY DOES A GOOD JOB ON SPRAYING THE TREES AND MY LAWN. THEY DO THEIR JOBS QUICKLY, AND LEAVE NO MESS BEHIND. THE MEN ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY.
