+ -1 moreVery thorough. Explained the entire process as he went along as well as telling me EXACTLY what I needed to do to bring the place up to par. Answered all of my questions...even when I had to call back and have it re-explained because I couldn't remember! Definitely goes above and beyond...excellent service!

He e-mailed us the report and he was thorough on the report. When we discussed what caused the mold, he had some suggestions to eradicate it because of its background and construction. He is also open to us calling him back here to look over proposals to just alleviate the problem.
Description of Work: We used Priority One Home Inspections Inc. He tested mold.

+ -1 moreIt was great! He went above and beyond what I expected. He allowed me to tag along with him to see exactly what was up and how to repair/improve it. I got much more than my money's worth.
Description of Work: Kurt arrived on time, performed a very thorough inspection, and provided a very detailed report including many pointers on how/what/when to fix things.
