Very thorough. Explained the entire process as he went along as well as telling me EXACTLY what I needed to do to bring the place up to par. Answered all of my questions...even when I had to call back and have it re-explained because I couldn't remember! Definitely goes above and beyond...excellent service!

He e-mailed us the report and he was thorough on the report.  When we discussed what caused the mold, he had some suggestions to eradicate it because of its background and construction.  He is also open to us calling him back here to look over proposals to just alleviate the problem.

Went pretty good. Took about 4 hours. The inspector took time to explain all that he was looking at and gave many hints and suggestions of things that could be improved.
