Our ceramic tile floors are original to our home built in 1989; we have lived here 20 years.  The almond-colored grout between the 8x8" almond-colored tiles was grey to dark grey in the trafficked areas.  We were anxious to try this cleaning procedure as certainly we had had no luck with our own efforts and it was cost-prohibitive to consider removing the present flooring and replacing it.   This cleaning process was fantastic and it  now looks like new flooring.  Jeff and his partner Rudy were excellent, very meticulous and professional.  Jeff, in particular, obviously takes great pride in his work and gave us quite an education re the proper care and maintenance of ceramic tile floors.  He also spent extra time color-mixing grout to match our original color in several repair areas. His repaired areas are basically invisible now compared to the rest of the floor.
The outcome of this treatment certainly exceeded our expectations!

They did a nice job and they did what they said they were going to do.  They were nice and clean about how they did things and would also clean up every day.  They were good about how they installed things but they took a lot longer than I expected.

We already had purchased materials, they installed only.  They were punctual and professional. He had some suggestions on how to place the decorator tiles. The finished product is amazing. They left virtually no mess behind. Absolutely terrific experience with a terrific company.

My wife and I walked into J & E Ceramic tile and we were met by the owner Pam & Joe.  They asked if they could help us and we told them what we were looking for.  Pam helped us by showing us several different tiles and telling us the sizes they were available in and how they were to care for. Joe & Pam let us take several different tile home to match with our furniture and fire place. Joe & Pam were very very helpful in us picking out the tile we decided on. We had new furniture (couch, love seat, recliner) that would be delivered sometime in March and Joe & Pam told us when we found out the delivery date they would be sure the tile was installed before the furniture came.  They worked so well with us.

March 14th Jeff came out to install the tile.  What a wonderful young man.  Jeff introduced himself, came in and started laying out the tile to select a pattern and to insure that the floor was level. Jeff spent 3 days installing the tile and grout. This is a man who takes pride in his work and it shows.  My fire place is a corner fireplace on a 45 degree angle to the corner  and Jeff matched up the tile to that angle so good, you would think the tile was down before the fireplace.    Jeff went over the different grouts that were available for us and had color samples. When Jeff was done and left you would not even know he was there. He put a tarp down outside where he was working, he picked up things as he was working. Just a breath of fresh air to work with J & E .

I have more projects in the future and I would not use anyone else but J & E Ceramic Tile. This company is a very reliable, friendly, and service minded company.

The project took five days as we were told. Our tiles were replaced, the entire shower steam cleaned, and the walls and doors replaced. The shower looks brand new. The worksmanship was exceptional. We would definitley contact them again should we need work in this area.

We were very pleased with the man who came to do the work for us. It was beautiful work and they were very professional.

They were the cheapest and were quick in rendering the services.  I was able to walk around the showroom and look in to the variety.  I was looking for something specific and they kept me informed that, it’s no longer made.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They have a great selection of tile in their showroom, were very helpful and easy to work with during the planning and work stages, and helped me resolve a problem with one of the suppliers of the plumbing fixtures.  When the tile I had selected for the shower floor turned out to be quite expensive, they called me to let me know and suggested alternatives that were less expensive but would still go well with the tile I had selected for the walls.  The worker who did the actual installation was very good - put down protective floor coverings between the front door and the work area daily, cleaned up after himself daily, and did a high quality job with the shower and tile installation. He even worked with me to put a geometric design at eye level in the shower, which required some tricky tile cutting and patience to  get right.  I was very satisfied with the price and materials, as well as the quality of the work done in my home. I would not hesitate to call J E Ceramic again if I need tile work or bathroom remodeling done. I have also seen their work at other locations in Midland, including tile flooring at the Midland Neighborhood Cinema. They did a great job in this business setting, too.

The vapor steam cleaning was scheduled for a Friday. After the technician completed the cleaning, he placed a large commercial fan in the shower. We ran the fan plus the ceiling fan all weekend. On Monday, the technician returned and re-grouted all of the cracked areas. He was careful to color match the grout to the existing grout. Then, on Wednesday, he returned again and sealed the grout. This was in May, 2007. We have had no further problems.
