Good work but asked 3 times for receipt and warranty paper for new sump pump but never received either.

They did a great job replacing and installing a new water heater. However, I did notice a distinct lowering of hot water pressure with the new water heater. I don't think it's something they did but I would have appreciated it if they had noticed and offered me options to increase the hot water pressure.
