Second year in a row that some critters had chewed my AC unit wires - they were prompt and repaired the wires quickly - very professional. Have used Arizona for years.

It went very good.  It's been a year but they replaced our furnace.  There was a problem with the replacement and they came right back and made it right. It's worked great.  For price, I would give them an A compared to what we've seen in the area.  They had to come back and fix something they didn't do. They're very, very responsive.  They came out the same day we had the flood and it wrecked our furnace.  They came out that same day and they ordered the furnace for us. It was gonna take like three or four days so we had three or four days with no heat, which was fun. We had our fireplace going.  It was definitely cool.  In March, in Michigan, that's cool.  We kept that fireplace going all day long.  They were about half an hour or three quarters of an hour later than they said they'd be.  Absolutely, I would use them again.  Yep, they did clean up after themselves.

I've been relying on AZ. HTG for all my HVAC needs ..........for 13yrs. They have always been friendly, prompt, professional and efficient. Pricing has always been very reasonable as well.

Installed new HVAC unit. They did not oversell as their competitors attempted to do. Very happy with them from the sales through installation.

The sales man went over all the options I had and what was the best for me and then let me decide then explained exactly what they was going to do and how long it would take. They finest on time cleaned up and checked out furnace and air and explained how to get the best out of it very professional they was as good of people as I have ever worked with now in a few years I will write a review on how good the performance and service was.

I like that the owners work with you personally. They always provide excellent customer service and responde immediately when you call.

Excellent service in most every way. Responded promptly to seal the vent after a water leak was found following the initial installation and also repositioned the gas line as initially requested.

It was a very professional operation from start to finish. I had several estimates and not only were they very competitive from a cost standpoint, they provided a furnace with more capacity than the others quoted; 125,000 BTU vs. 100,000 BTU.

Very well, Responded promptly, showed up on time. Cleaned up after project. We are very happy with our furnace.
