Steve went through every aspect of the house. He took pictures and some videos and wrote explanations of the issues and what he recommended for fixing them. Would definitely use him again.

Steve responded quickly whenever I contacted him. I was present when he conducted an inspection for me. He was thorough, took the time to explain things he noticed or I had questions about, and took extra time to investigate things I was curious about, explaining that he was interested in understanding things about the house as well. When an issue came up while trying to inspect the septic tank, he came back a few days later when a septic service was at the house.

We attended the home inspection and the inspector walked us through every single maintenance item, safety issue, and future projects. We appreciated it greatly!
