This is our first adventure in buying a home. We really did not know what to expect when getting the home inspection done. Steve was absolutely fantastic, he was very knowledgeable, and personable. He took his time during the inspection to thoroughly check over our soon to be home, as well as explain what the different things meant. Hands down the best experience I could have possibly had. Steve is an absolute rockstar. He was thorough, honest and very accommodating. Our inspection was available within minutes of him completing it and he went through the entire thing and answered questions.

My wife had worked with Steve (for rental properties) prior to our marriage, and I alone accompanied Steve on this inspection of what was to be our primary residence. Steve was very thorough, even with the difficult to access areas (like attics). He was punctual, easy to work with, very respectful of the sellers home, and ultimately found a number of items I had missed.
