Very thorough, Steve literally checked every door hinge. I couldn't be at the inspection, so he put videos in the report, which I got within a couple HOURS of the inspection. Very detailed, could not recommend more highly.

Iâ ve waited a while to write this review because I wanted to take my time with it. First off, when I called, I was in contact with Steve immediately. He was very personable and professional. Heâ s a down to earth guy whoâ s in it for the quality of work. When he came to the home inspection, he was very meticulous and took his time. He encouraged questions and participation. I brought my father with me, who had a million questions and interrupted quite consistently. Steve did not miss a single thing and was able to answer any and all questions and still kept on task. He went through the whole exterior and even the outbuilding. Every possible deficiency or blemish was examined. The same attention to detail was observed on the inside. He even crawled through the attic to any extent necessary, checked the water and the septic, going so far as to dig it up and taking measurements. He was honest and up front about any concern and provided advice on not only its current state but how to deal with future issues and properly check and monitor any potential issues. At the end of the day, I felt he was worth way more than his asking price. Even when I tried to pay him more (because heâ s worth a lot more) he politely turned it down. Itâ s hard to not sound like Iâ m promoting his business but itâ s very hard to find this type of service, at this price, with this professionalism. He has followed up with me multiple times to see how things went and to invite any and all questions. I canâ t recommend him enough.
