Steve was fantastic, super detailed and careful. He talked us through everything, had great advice, and caught even the smallest of things. He was quick to schedule the inspection and then his report was completed in less than an hour - that is because he does the report as he goes, with detailed photos and advice. Quite amazing. This is the 6th home we have purchased and he was the best inspector we have ever had.

Working with Steve Owen's and 4site inspections of Michigan, was beyond my expectations of an inspection company. Thanks to his detailed inspection, which included many pictures, and detailed description of what he saw during inspection, the good and the bad. Me and my wife decided to pass on a house that would have cost us more than the house was worth. We are still in the process of looking for a home to buy, and can't wait to do business with this company again. Steve was imacculate! He was unbelieveably detailed and very knowledgeable. i would also like to add how patient he was with all of my questions even the tidieous ones. Steve was very thorough during the inspection. He is friendly, knowledgeable and enjoys his job. It was very cold outside the day of inspection, but that didn't stop him from checking all the exterior things. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
