Installation went well and was completed in less time than I had expected. Andy was proficient and professional. He demonstrated and explained any differences between my new and old furnace.

contractor arrived promptly inspection and changing out gas valve to the furnace and hot water heater took about one hour.

I have used Priebe mechanical three or four times for furnace repairs and they have always done an excellent job. They always look for the low-cost option first and don't try to sell you new equipment if the problem can be easily be fixed. Every time I have had them come out the price has been very reasonable and they have solved the problem. This time I called them because one of our air conditioners was no longer producing cold air and we thought we needed to install a new one. Bill just recharged the air conditioner and it works great now. In addition we had him clear a blocked exhaust vent from the hot water heater, and replace the rusty exhaust tubing. The service was prompt and thorough.
