+ -1 moreI have used Priebe mechanical three or four times for furnace repairs and they have always done an excellent job. They always look for the low-cost option first and don't try to sell you new equipment if the problem can be easily be fixed. Every time I have had them come out the price has been very reasonable and they have solved the problem. This time I called them because one of our air conditioners was no longer producing cold air and we thought we needed to install a new one. Bill just recharged the air conditioner and it works great now. In addition we had him clear a blocked exhaust vent from the hot water heater, and replace the rusty exhaust tubing. The service was prompt and thorough.
Description of Work: Recharged the air conditioner. Replaced the exhaust ducting for the hot water heater. Cleared the roof vents for hot water heater and plumbing.
