We feel so grateful and we are so blessed to have found a business like Soley Heating and Air Conditioning. We can not begin to tell you how delighted we are with the entire process, from Kim Soley's patience in explaining everything, to the installation of our new furnace by Adam Soley, Rob and Zack. I just got off the phone with Soley to inquire if I should have my boiler maintenanced before I start it up this season. A young woman answered the phone and very politely told me yes. When I inquired how much that would cost one of the owners grabbed the phone from her, told me I should know since I've had them service my boiler before and that "it was up to me" if I wanted it serviced or not. She was rude and insulting. So, since it is up to me, I will have it serviced, but certainly never again with Soley.
