First contact was great, I spoke with very friendly and professional people. We had a time sensitive issue since we were within a seven day inspection window. Over the course of the first three days I never received callbacks or an email reply to the initial phone request. I called three separate times and I was politely informed their tech would review the mold damage file I sent and would call be back asap. Two weeks later I have yet to ever get a call back. These were the friendliest and most unreliable folks I've yet to work with. Zero reliability. I would have rather them told me they are too busy for a quick turn around and I would have been perfectly happy with that answer since I live in reality-land and sometimes a business just doesn't have the manpower to do a job that is time-sensitive.

All members of the crew were as courteous as can be. Paul too his time and was very patient with my wife who was the main family member who was worried about the existence of and quot;black moldand quot; and its potential disease causing properties. Paul was very patient with her and explained away all her fears regarding every single smudge and dark area on all the surfaces of every room she took him into. His explanations were cogent and convincing even to her. At the end, when we asked him how much we owed him, he declined any payment in view of the fact that his examination turned up no indication of harmful substances.
