All members of the crew were as courteous as can be. Paul too his time and was very patient with my wife who was the main family member who was worried about the existence of and quot;black moldand quot; and its potential disease causing properties. Paul was very patient with her and explained away all her fears regarding every single smudge and dark area on all the surfaces of every room she took him into. His explanations were cogent and convincing even to her.
At the end, when we asked him how much we owed him, he declined any payment in view of the fact that his examination turned up no indication of harmful substances.
