They are quite close to me. I went to them because my daughter went to them and she knows one of the owners. It was a referral from her. She was happy with the service and I’ve been happy so far. Around the beginning of the year, I bought tires. I’ve had brake work done. Everything has been fine. I also know them from going in there. I haven’t felt I’ve been taken advantage of. They are close, drove me home and picked me back up.

I have been going to these guys for years, and they have taken excellent care of my cars. They are a little pricier than competitors, but I have never had problems with my cars when they have been in their care. They have never pressured me to have work done, but have given me information that I need to make a good decision. They are on time, friendly, and do a great job. I think they are overpriced, and have looked around for better rates, for example, I did have my tires changed at a local chain store - with great results - because the price was so high at Fraser. 
Overall, totally worth it. They do a great job and won't solicit unnecessary work.

Wants $75 for a diagnostic test. Most places only charge $48.

They are excellent. I like them because they guarantee their work. I've been going to them for almost 15 years. I've never had any bad service. Their work is impeccable. They don't do anything that is not necessary. They will fix what is wrong and they won't try to fix 15 other things. They are very trustworthy and they have been there for a long time. They fix everything perfectly. They are very nice people.

Excellent! They called to get me in on a Thursday, when I thought the only option would be early Friday morning. Their prices are probably not the cheapest, but they are very fair and competitive. You can't beat the quality of their service, and I'll go back again.

I've used this business twice now and find them very friendly, honest and fair in price. Being a women, I sometimes get a raw deal from auto repair places. I don't feel this when I go here at all. I had my front brakes repaired and a few month's ago I had my car tuned up, plugs etc. Both visits weren't painful at all. I'll go back but hopefully next time just for a oil change.

They give me a ride to where I need to go if necessary. I have been using them for over 15 years now. I like that they are very honest with me, and don't try to push me towards unnecessary repairs. They have always been very helpful, reliable, and always give me a reasonable price.

They were the most competitive and efficient of the half dozen shops that I had got estimates. They used better components and were more confident about solving the air conditioning issue than the dealer's service center. I will be using them again for all other repair work on my cars again.

They are honest to you. If you take your car here they will tell you, you have 30,000 miles left on my brakes instead of trying to sell you new brakes. They always have my car done when they say. I am very satisfied with their pricing. I recommend them and would use them again in the future.
