Constructeam prides itself on professionalism and client satisfaction. Our employees are trained, experienced, and certified when possible in their various fields. Every employee undergoes a background check, will arrive in clean company-branded attire, and will carry a photo identification badge. Each employee and sub-contractor is required to read, sign, and abide by Constructeam's strict Code of Conduct, which can be found on our website and on every job-site. In our office lobby you'll find several books which contain testimonials and client surveys from HUNDREDS of our clients - clients who will never call any other contractor for as long as they reside in the Detroit Metropolitan area.
