Our water heater tanks were more than 22 years old. While they were still functional, occasional problems prompted us to replace them. We weighed both options of replacing them with new tank water heaters as well as a tankless water heater system. We had two plumbing companies come and give us estimates. Both companies visited our home and gave us bids. Cicotte Plumbing and Drain quoted us for the tankless water heater system, explained the pros and cons, and left it for us to decide. While the other company gave us the bid to replace the two existing water heater tanks. Despite the talk by the second company about the exorbitant cost of tankless systems, the quote from Cicotte came in cheaper for the tankless system! We also added the recirculation system. Jim from Cicotte did a fantastic job of removing the two old tanks and installation of the new tankless system with utmost care and precision. I watched the installation closely (I'm just curious about this kind of stuff!) and was amazed at his attention to detail and thoroughness of the job. I felt that this was not just a job for him but a work of art! I recommend him highly for any plumbing work.
