Joel was refered to me by our Chimney Sweep. He identified several areas needing attention in our chimney, and also neeed tuck-pointing on several walls of our house. He took the time to explain the process, and what could happen if we didn't proceed with the repairs. I could see bricks and walls moving under his hands, so I've no doubt as to what he told me. He took the time to 'get his hands dirty' to evaluate the garage foundation to determine if it would require extra support.
I'm very eager to see the final estimate and potentially work with Joel on several projects around our house: rebuild chimney, tuck-pointing, convert window to a door, expand current narrow doorway/shore up wall of garage.

They turned out very nice. The motor matched. Very neat job. Very punctual and he did work very hard to get the bricks to match color. Pleasant guy to work with. Gave suggestions and options. He left it up to me.
