J & E APPLIANCE INSTALLATION

They are very professional and responsive. Came out day after I called them. I had a bad experience with a previous appliance specialist. I was referred to J & E appliance from Lowe's after my bad experience and they were great. I am so happy with him. He is very smart and intelligent in his field.

He was very detailed and cleaned up after himself.  He even made sure the time on the clock of the microwave was correct.  He also checked out my other appliances which was great.  He went above and beyond my expectations.

We have a warranty claim and it was a part of it what they did.  They did a fantastic job and I totally recommend them.  They were very courteous, very timely and explained everything clearly.  I have already passed on his business card to my neighbors.

I thought I can install a Dishwasher myself - well, when I ran into electrical issues I decided to have profesisonals come in rather than setting my house on fire. Called Thursday in the morning, got scheduled for the next day 9:00 AM. I was a bit nervous having had bad experience with puncuality of contractors before and I had a client meeting scheduled later in the morning. The crew showed up right within my tolerance time frame (about 15 minutes after 9:00); got right to work; covered the work area nicely, worked carefully to not scratch my wood floor. Finished quickly, cleaned up, were out the door half an hour after arrival. As for the price I have no idea if that's on the higher or lower end (Installation was US$ 110.00 only; the other US$ 20.00 were for adjustments to the electrical) so I went with a "B" for that.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUEST. THEY EVEN CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY TO DO THIS SMALL TASK WHICH WAS QUITE CONVENIENT FOR ME. THIS WAS VERY OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
