Very professional and trustworthy!

Very impressed with the dry fog method they used. We have an old historic building that has a lot of old items that were susceptible to mold. The process was very effective and we notice how different the atmosphere is. Before the treatment we would feel slightly ill after being inside for a short time, but afterward it feels like a whole new building. I'm quite happy with treatment and would recommend them.

Scott is a fantastic person. Very upstanding and did great work. If you want someone who will treat you on the Square, this is the guy to hire. I score him 357/100.

Scott was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process of our mold remediation. We had surface mold growing in our spare room above our garage due to poor ventilation. Our levels of spores were very high, and Scott went above and beyond to educate and treat as necessary. Scott was genuine and responsive and working with him was a great experience.

I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance of Michigan! Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly. The turn around time of coming out to test and getting results was unbelievably quick. Luckily my mold results showed little amounts and no need to go any further. Our basement showed a slightly higher count and Scott gave me some advice for helping make the mold count lower. I have such peace of mind now about my home and the health of our family.

We were having serious illness and reaction to mold in our home. Nausea, months of coughing, fatigue, muscle aches, etc. We got a few quotes and talked to different companies on the phone and Scott was very fairly priced and had a different method of mold removal that did not require re-building any part of the home. As soon as he was done it was IMMEDIATE that we started to feel better. Had not slept that well in months in our home. Scott returned a few months later to do a follow-up test and it confirmed we are still free of the toxic molds that were present in our attic. I would recommend Scott to ANYONE who is having these issues.
